Its privileged location, just 5 minutes walking from restaurants, supermarket, post office, petrol stations, etc., brings the advantages of rural tourism and the proximity to a cosmopolitan city. To 5 minutes drive away is the golf club of Bandama, wonderful 18 hole golf course, dean of golf in Spain.
It has spectacular views where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and a warm temperature in a spectacular garden surrounded by nature. It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with 2 single beds, a bathroom inside the house and large living room-kitchen, with a sofa bed. Its facilities include international multi-channel television and high-speed internet access. It has direct access to the garden, where you can make use of the pool, gym and large barbecue area, where you have another toilet. The house has everything necessary to accommodate adults with small or newborn children (high chairs, cot, etc.).
