The house is surrounded by well-kept green areas and offers a spectacular view of the sea. The villa is accessed by a wide staircase and inside you can expect a large living area with living room, dining area and kitchen area. On the second floor are the bedrooms, one with sea view, while the other has a small terrace overlooking the pool and garden. From the upper floor you have access to a terrace with spectacular sea views.
Outside, a large terrace of about 150 m² surrounds the house, equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and an outdoor kitchen/grill area.
