This custom-designed three-bedroom home is perfect for a family or group and features abundant outdoor spaces, including a covered courtyard living area. This home is located in the heart of Hill Country, in Spicewood, close to an array of local wineries, Texas-style dining, and natural springs.
Rustic touches and contemporary design combine, giving this home an elegant Hill Country vibe. Polished concrete floors, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light are found throughout. In the custom-designed kitchen, you'll find stainless appliances, cabinets made from Craftsman tool boxes, and an island refurbished from an antique millwork table. Add flavor to any meal with herbs from the irrigated garden outside. Then gather at the large table for a relaxing meal. After dinner, unwind in front of the limestone fireplace on the leather sofa and two armchairs. Spend the day lounging by the pool grilling on the Parilla or Green Egg. Bring over games and books from the bedroom wing for a quiet and relaxing evening or hop in the hot tub to watch the sunset.
