Our home is a well very equipped modern family home located in the trendy Kitsilano neighbourhood in the heart of Vancouver. The layout is convenient and private with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (including a spa en suite) on the upper level. The chef's kitchen (equipped with gas stove and range), dining room, family room, living room, laundry room with large washer and dryer, and a 1/2 bath down are located on the entrance level. The home is centrally located. 15 minute cab ride from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes from the beach friendly hiking. Great dining and trendy shopping is only minutes away by foot. The home is equipped with wifi, two large flat screen televisions, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee makers, toaster, blender, beach towels, DVD players, comfortable patio furniture, BBQ, comfortable beds, and game console. The home has two entrances with two balconies and a pleasant outdoor space for morning breakfast, coffee barbeques and evening cocktails.
