The newly installed kitchen is fitted to a high standard and provides all modern amenities one needs (Falcon double range cooker with induction hob, Quartz worktops , American double fridge / freezer and Miele dishwasher). The kitchen opens up onto one of the terraces overlooking the garden and pool.
The property consists of an large living/dining room with a character fireplace and natural wooden beams, high ceilings and large french windows opening up onto the South facing terrace and share the view over the swimming pool towards the sea.
The property is set in a 6000 m² level lawned garden. At an altitude of 500m it has sweeping views over the bays of Cannes and Nice and the snow capped Alpes Maritimes. The gorgeous 15 meter infinity swimming pool looks out over the Bay of Cannes and beyond.
On the first floor guests will find two double bedrooms that share a family bathroom and balcony. The ground floor offers another 2 large double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning and natural wood floors. The bathrooms have beautiful encaustic tiles with walk in Venetian showers and freestanding cast iron baths and underfloor heating.
