There is a dock with a palapa which has ample seating, perfect for a relaxing massage or fishing. This is convenient for those going out on excursions; the tour operators can pick you up on the dock.
This unit boasts 2 large bedrooms, 2 tiled showers & Porch is part of a ten (10) unit complex 2.5 miles South of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security for this very safe part of the island.
Located on the third floor housing 2-bedroom, 2-bath (one en-suite, one hallway bath, both with walk-in showers), a living room, dinning area & beautiful bright and airy well stocked kitchen with wonderful views of the pool, beach and Caribbean Sea. The main bedroom is large and spacious and has a King bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds and an office desk - both rooms have its own flat screened TV for your entertainment. There is an extra blow-up bed (upon request) for extra sleeping space so the unit can hold a total of 6 guests comfortably.
The veranda overlooks the sea and is perfect for relaxation. There is a comfortable seating area which is protected from the rain and sun.
