Gîte on 2 levels with an unfenced garden of 300m², large parking:

- First floor:
- Bedroom "Souleilla" (1 double bed 160X200cm and 2 single beds 90X190cm, on the mezzanine after a steep staircase).
- Bedroom "Canal du Midi" (1 double bed 140X190cm) with each with its own bathroom and private toilet.
- "Violettes de Toulouse" room (2 single beds 90X190cm, including a pull-out bed to be installed on request).
- "Cocagne" room (1 double bed 160X200cm). Bathroom, separate toilet shared by the 2 rooms.
Reversible air conditioning in each room. Outdoor games: pétanque, molky and badminton. Please note: the facade is currently being renovated.
Sorèze pine for the parquet flooring in the bedrooms, exposed stone and beams on the ground floor. It is in the old miller's house of the 4 Montbel mills, now gone, that Marie-Célie, the owner, undertook 4 long years of work before opening this gîte. With a certain passion for the local terroir, she offers you a comfortable stay, with your family, in a quiet residential area.
