Ideally located 13 km from the western ring road of Rennes, 9 km from the airport and the Expo Park. The Manoir de la Droulinais site is accessible via a wide tree-lined driveway leading to the entrance to the property, surrounded by a stone fence wall. The cottage is located near the XVIIth Century Manor on a large wooded and enclosed park, very close to Rennes in a quiet area in the countryside of Bruz near the Vilaine and its walks, the site of Boël which is worth the detour, for its mill, its landscapes of moors and its red schist cliffs. A setting of a small Breton canyon where stories from yesterday and today mingle in the waters of the Vilaine. Ideal rental for adults and / or with teenagers. Not recommended for young children because of the proximity of the swimming pool on the terrace even if secured by a shutter.
On site you will have access to the heated swimming pool, open from May to September, (dimensions: 12x6 m, Prof 2m) with terrace, sunbathing, barbecue, SPA. In the basement of the gîte: room with SAUNA and shower. A tennis court is also available, these leisure facilities are accessible free of charge, but by reservation with the owner to reserve your time slot (except the swimming pool). On the ground floor: large living room with living room (TV not connected to terrestrial channels), library and table football, kitchen with professional quick-wash dishwasher.
