It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Ground floor:

- A terrace and small garden of around 60 m², on the ground floor, with parasol and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second large terrace of around 140 m², on the 2nd floor, with parasol and furniture, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment and just a 10-minute walk from public transport. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
