Welcome to this splendid home located on the outskirts of Xàbia. It's designed to accommodate four guests, with an option for an additional person.
The beautiful outside area counts with lots of green, a 3.5mx7m saltwater pool of 2,1m depth, 3 sun beds, garden furniture, 2 well-furnished porches, a terrace, and a barbeque. The views are marvelous!
The 2-storey house measures 190m² and counts with 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower (one on the ground floor and another on the first floor). On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. One extra person may sleep on the sofa couch.
The cozy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, a TV, a fireplace, a dining table, and great views. The spacious independent kitchen works with a hob and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a nice meal during your stay. Also, you will find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.
