Unit 261G is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors, until December of 2025, possibly longer. The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse are not available as of Jan 12, 2025.
Newly updated 1 bedroom 1 bath 665 sq. ft. waterfront suite at gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Convenient & quiet second floor walk up with water views from the private balcony. Offers one queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area (best for children. Sheets for the sleeper must be requested at time of booking). All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid surface kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range and refrigerator. This condo does not have a dishwasher. There is no icemaker but there are ice trays. New furnishings throughout.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free high speed internet and HD television. It is an easy walk to beach from Madeira Beach Yacht Club.
Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers dry saunas, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom.
