Coquina 3C, just 150 steps to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, is a beautifully updated, ground-floor unit that is the perfect getaway for the entire family. With two bedrooms and two baths, this unit can sleep up to six guests. Located off Middle Gulf Drive, this complex is in a great location and close to everything on Sanibel!
**ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES OF THIS HOME IS HAVING FULL RESORT ACCESS TO 'TWEEN WATERS INN AND MARINA WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY TWO POOLS, RESTAURANTS, LIVE ENTERTAINMENT, ADDITIONAL BEACH ACCESS, AND SO MUCH MORE! **

**Starting in July, 2025 the pool is expected to be closed for resurfacing and conditioning. Work will last 3-5 weeks and official dates are still TBD. With the pool being closed, The Club next door is allowing Coquina guests to use their pool during this time, with restrictions. Please contact us directly for further details. We are also happy to offer a pass to our sister resort, Tween Waters Resort and Spa, during this time.**
HOME FEATURES
Coquina 3C features a king bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a queen and one twin in the guest bedroom that leads out to the guest bathroom. This condo has free WIFI and a smart TV in the spacious comfortable living room area. It joins the dining room area that features a pass-through window to the kitchen and a laundry area equipped with full-size washer and dryer. Unwind on your private lanai and enjoy just being a few steps to the beach path! These are just the beginning of what is in store for a perfect vacation! If you're not getting active on the beach, enjoy all the amenities the Coquina community offers.
