Welcome to our homely 2-bedroom bungalow called Mystique. Comprises of a 4 man Hot Tub, on 7 acres of grassed land nestled nicely in a little sleepy village called Old Leake just East of Boston, Lincolnshire. We are situated just 4 miles from the sea - The Wash. There are award winning RSPB sites, marshes, and much more - all excellent dog walking places. Further up the Coast around 15 miles, is the award-winning seaside resort of Skegness.
Pets and children are very welcome. Please visit our conditions before booking.
This property is great for all different guests such as:
Pet owners - People wanting quiet walking retreats close to the east coast. Our property boasts a private fenced off area for your pooches and 7 acres of private but open woodland and grass field.
Sportsmen/women - We've hosted rowers, racing drivers and marathon runners.
Contractors - We've hosted an array of contractors, from archaeologists, all various tradesmen, to NHS staff working at the Pilgrim Hospital.
We have plenty of room for large vehicles, even lorries! The property has lots of lighting on the exterior and CCTV in operation and 2 driveway gates making the grounds safe and secure. The road, Fellands Gate, is very rarely used, so it is very quiet.
Mystique was refurbished in June 2021.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, 2 mirrored wardrobes, and a smart TV and electric heater.

The hallway comprises of an electric heater with wooden flooring.
If you're wanting to go for a walk we have 7 acres of beautiful land for you to explore which can be found at the end of the out buildings past the fruit trees. Please DO NOT enter any of the out buildings.
