Close to the Georgian market town of Holt Kelling is a peaceful village situated on Norfolk s North coast within walking distance of the sea and the Norfolk Coast Path and is close to the nature reserves at Cley and Blakeney Point which are just a short drive away and are home to migrating birds and a colony of seals. To the East are the traditional seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer with their wide sandy beaches while Cromer also benefits from having one of the country s last remaining end-of-pier theatres. From Kelling you have easy access to the coastal hopper bus to visit Norfolk villages pubs and restaurants along its route so the car can be left behind. And locally just a short walk from the property there is both a cafe and a well-regarded restaurant specialising in locally sourced food. Guests enter via the garden which leads to the front door of the property and arrive in the kitchen/diner which features an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge with ice compartment and microwave. There is also a dining table with seating for up to four guests perfect for breakfast lunch and dinner. The cosy lounge area is accessed from the kitchen and features a sofa and two chairs along with a TV/DVD with Netflix and wood burner offering you the perfect environment to unwind in after a long day out exploring. Heading up the stairs to the first floor leads to a landing area. The master bedroom is on your left and features a king-sized bed along with hanging and storage space. Leading off from the landing is the family shower room with shower and WC.
