Casa Irene is the poolside apartment of a spacious villa set on the lower slopes of the Montgó Mountain. The villa consists of two separate apartments, the first of which is occupied by the owner. The second, located directly at the pool, is available for holiday rental, with the pool and the terraces being fully available to the guests.
The garden is fully enclosed and there are various terraces for both sun and natural shade. The area is peaceful, yet you are only 3 km from the romantic Old Town of Javea.
The sandy beach of the Arenal and the pebble beaches of Jávea Port are 6 km away.
Close to the apartment, within 500 meters, there are 4 restaurants.
A local supermarket that also sells freshly baked bread, sandwiches and more, is only 1.5 km away.
Two golf courses, La Sella Golf and Javea Golf Club, are within a driving range of only 10 minutes.
The villa is a good starting point for shorter or longer walks or bike rides, up the mountain or through the valley, or even to Jávea or the nearby village of Jesús Pobre.

For outside cooking there is a fixed BBQ area, also perfect for cooking paella, the famous Valencian rice dish, or fideuá, the Catalan equivalent with "fideos" (a thin type of pasta). After cooking you can enjoy the meal at the fixed table with benches under an ancient Carob tree which gives a lovely natural shade.
Always ensuring your privacy, the owner will be close at hand for any help or advice you need, as she lives upstairs with her elderly dog. They are only visible if needed, for duty or pleasure; delighted to give information about places to visit in the area, assistance with renting bicycles or guidance for hiking tracks.
Several stand-alone fans can be used throughout the house.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The additional cleaning fee is € 50,00, to be paid in cash upon arrival, together with a €100,00 refundable deposit.
