On the ground floor fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room with L shape sofa and dining table (6 guests).
In the basement relaxing area, heated indoor pool (5X2.5) with jacuzzi, 65'' TV, bar; access to en suite double bedroom with steam room.
On the first floor there is a large relaxing area with two double bedrooms.

We are in Viale Stelvio 21, in zone 9 Isola, Porta Nuova, Garibaldi. Indipendent house in good condition, in a good residential area in a quiet, even at night, mainly inhabited by italian families.
The area is well served, at few steps there is Porta Nuova, Stazione Garibaldi, Ospedale.
The subway M3-M5 Zara is at only 300 meters, at around 4 minutes walk.
Main Airport and Central Station are 2 km far from the loft, easily reachable.
