This historic villa has been renovated and equipped to meet todays needs.
Villa is located in a scenic ridge area. Vilkaharju is scenically, geologically and because of its forest ecosystems significant ridge area bordered by Saimaa lakes. It has been a protected nature reserve since 1978. In Vilkaharju it is an easy to hike and ski (when there is snow in the winter).
The main building does not have a sauna, but there is a separate lakeside sauna. There is a pier from saunas terrace. Villa has appr. 200 meters wide swimming beach.
20 000 m² plot with grass field for playing badminton and volleyball.
Note! Road No. 438 passes right next to the villa 15 m away, there is a wooden fence in between.
