The property SECRETARI is located in a very quiet area and is surrounded by fields and nature. The country house has been completely restored in the original Mallorcan style and the original stonework has been exposed throughout the façade. It is marés stone, a traditional golden colored stone used in the construction of the Cathedral of Mallorca, churches and other important buildings. The interior has been painted with lime paint, an ecological and traditional material for Majorcan construction.
A large pool of 8 x 7 m with very clear views. The spacious terraces offer a wonderful view and are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Outside the house has different areas where you can relax in the shade of leafy trees.

Three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes. In the main bedroom, a 180 x 200 cm bed; in each of the other two bedrooms, two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm. All the bathrooms in the rooms have a shower. It also has two toilets with WC and sink, one on the ground floor and another outside, next to the pool.
A large kitchen with dining area, has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc... Outside, next to the kitchen there is a laundry area with a washing machine.
The house is located in an area of cereal fields and gentle hills, it has very easy access by road and it is an extremely quiet area, ideal to enjoy your vacations at any time of the year. It is a wonderful place to unwind from daily stress and simply unwind. It is located 2.4 km from the picturesque town of Montuïri, located in the center of Mallorca, with easy access to anywhere on the island.
