The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Two adult bikes with a bike trailer, two children's bikes, and four helmets are provided.The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six (6) and above, while using the amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards. The replacement cost for lost access card is $50.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.
