An exceptional location in the Ganzeville valley, very close to Etretat in a calm and preserved setting, which allows you to combine the pleasures of hiking with the Gr21 crossing our village, fishing in summer with the river "la Ganzeville", swimming on our pretty pebble beaches, cycling, hot air balloon flights with the Aerostatics club of Fécamp, paragliding trips from Octeville on the sea to Etretat, hot air balloon flights from Goderville ……… relaxation and space are guaranteed.
For our biker friends, possibility to park your bikes in the garden on a landscaped and closed space.
Fitted out in a brick and flint house, our gîte faces south west with an enclosed, flat garden of 1,200m² with annexes, trees, surrounded by a hedge and not overlooked, comprising: 1 tiled terrace of 66.50m², 1 garden table with chairs and sunbeds, 1 barbecue, 1 gazebo, 1 Mölkky game, 1 gate, 1 free parking lot next to the house.
On the ground floor :
An entrance equipped with a cupboard, an electronic dart board, a lingerie equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, an iron and a fridge freezer. A separate toilet, a large bathroom with a free-standing bath, fitted with a double vanity unit, a double washbasin and a column unit, a fitted and equipped kitchen including an induction hob, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave , a cooker hood, a fridge freezer, a 3 to 4 seater table. A large living room with open fireplace, 3 sofas, a coffee table, a large dining table that can accommodate 12 adults, a table football, a 169cm connected television and Dvd.

A fitted bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 sink and 1 suspended toilet.
5 large bedrooms equipped with large beds of 140, 160 and 180 and or beds of 90,
At your disposal, 3 baby beds if needed, baby chair and a potty.
Various board games (on request) as well as bodybuilding equipment (bench, bike, step .....)
