This beautiful, welcoming residence provides both comfort and privacy for all family members regardless of age and is perfectly located should you wish to explore the Dalmatian coast and cities nearby. Fully air-conditioned with free WiFi and all the amenities a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay. There is a parking lot on the private property for 4 cars, fenced.
*The outdoors offers an infinity heated swimming pool 8m x 4,5m (35 sqm) with hydromassage and Jacuzzi so you can enjoy the sunset and views of the Adriatic coast and town of Split. The sun deck area with 6 deck chairs with pillows, a sun umbrella, outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor dining area in front of the kitchen, together with a traditional barbecue for the perfect family dinner on a vacation.
*The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned and very comfortable and stylish living and dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that has all the amenities you need for your culinary expertise, a kitchen island, wine cooler, ice maker, dining table for 8, comfortable sofa with open views on the pool and the sea, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, PS5, and a fireplace. A direct approach to the pool area and to the outdoor dining area with barbecue. On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet and a laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing amenities.
