Amazing in town beauty - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. close to the River Trail. The interior décor of the home has an interpretation of classic Rocky Mountain charm. Sunroom, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a gas stove on the lower level.
At our Crestview home, you are wonderfully situated to enjoy Durango all year round. Downtown shops and restaurants are a short drive or walk away. .The Animas River Trail which is the centerpiece of the city's trail system is about 1/2 a mile away - It stretches nearly 7 miles and connects to a variety of parks, open spaces, the community recreation center, the public library, and Downtown Durango.) Golfers will love being 10 minutes away from Dalton Ranch Golf Club. Fishermen are 1/2 mile away from the Animas River - famous for it's Gold Medal waters, and skiers and winter sport fans are 30 minutes from Purgatory Resort - some of the best skiing in the area.
