Welcome to Mimmy's Place! A charming 3900 SF direct inlet front home located 3.3 miles south of the Garden City Pier in the exclusive, gated Inlet Harbour subdivision. Enjoy peace and quiet in Inlet Harbour on the southernmost point of Garden City Beach. Bring your boat and enjoy flounder fishing and crabbing in the inlet or easily venture out to the ocean for off-shore fishing which along with crabbing can also be enjoyed right off the private dock – various marinas are close by to launch your boat. This house is conveniently located with direct access to the inlet and a short easy walk to the beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of gorgeous sunsets over Murrells Inlet. The open living area features a gas fireplace. The dining area is a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. TV in the living area and one in every bedroom with cable TV and Wi-Fi for added convenience. An elevator allows for easy access to the second floor. Outside amenities include 2 enclosed outdoor showers, a private boat dock with a fish sink, and parking for four vehicles, 2 vehicles are covered parking. This property does NOT allow golf carts or motorcycles.
