Property Manager presents 'You Are My Sunshine' a luxurious home situated in the lovely community of Watersound! The outdoor space at this residence is the heart of the home, any time of the year, from the private pool, to the al fresco dining, and covered seating space it is sure to be a great environment for your family to enjoy. This house offers 6 bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests.
You are greeted with an outdoor space that is sure to impress all. The covered lounge space is great for early morning coffee or relaxing after enjoying the private pool. There is also an outdoor grill and table for al fresco dining. The first floor of the home welcomes you with a gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel Sub Zero and Wolf appliances including a range oven, refrigerator, ice machine, and wine cooler. The spacious center island can accommodate bar stool seating for 5 guests. The living room flows into the dining room which has seating for 8 guests. There is a half bath off of the kitchen. There is a guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second floor has two guest bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and their own private bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is balcony access to overlook the pool and have water views. The laundry room is on this floor as well. The master retreat is beautifully decorated and a great space to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The master bathroom has a nice soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower.
The third floor of the home has a guest bedroom with a twin single and double bed. This bedroom shares access to the hall bathroom. There is a bunk space with 2 twin over twin bunks that share access to the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a crow's nest on what would be the fourth floor, where you can sit back and relax while watching the beautiful sunrise or sunset over the gulf!
