In the winter months enjoy skiing nearby at Horseshoe and Moonstone.

SIMCOE SPLENDID - This lovely Cape Cod style cottage, sitting on one acre of flat table land with gentle steps to the water, perfect for the kids and elderly. Large driveway greets you. As you make your way to the lake facing side of the property you will find a lovely stone patio that steps down to the boathouse, small sand beach with shallow entry and large dock with 4 feet of water off the end for boating, fishing and watersports. Quiet, protected bay.
