A cozy farmhouse on the beautiful Bjäre Peninsula, rural located between Båstad and Torekov. You have your own part of the owner's plot, framed by lush greenery and a lovely view of the sea and the field landscape. Enjoy the tranquility and a rural idyll. A perfect starting point to discover all of Bjärebygden's places to visit. From the entrance you have a small hall and on the ground floor there is a well-equipped open kitchen and living room with comfortable seating and an Apple TV. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, washer and dryer. The bedroom has two single beds that can be separated according to your own wishes. From the bedroom, two patio doors lead you out to the terrace and garden. Upstairs on the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a small cozy corner with TV and open with unobstructed sea views. The whole house has a nice underfloor heating. From the living room you have access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and electric grill. From here you have an adorable view of the open meadows and the foaming waves of the Kattegat. You share the plot with the owner and you have large lovely lawns to socialize on. Nearby is Torekov, a beautiful town with a nice harbor area and several small restaurants. From here, a boat goes to Hallands Väderö, which is a great experience for nature lovers. North of the harbor there is a lovely beach with a jetty. On the coast there are beautiful nature reserves and small coves. The coast here is popular with surfers. Further along the coast on the beautiful Italian road, you reach the tennis metropolis Båstad. Also visit Hovs Hallar, a magnificent nature experience. A visit to the beautiful gardens in Norrviken can also be recommended. On the Bjäre Peninsula there are several hiking trails and walking areas. There are also nice bike paths throughout the peninsula. The coast from Ängelholm to Torekov has several small strawberry places. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty stores, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. Ängelholms Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, rest and dining areas. In winter, you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. For those interested in fishing, there is a varied sport fishing in Rönne å and Västersjön. Fishing license required. There are several golf courses within a few miles radius. The closest is Torekov's golf club.
