The house offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. In the spacious open plan living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. The comfortable sofa doubles as a double sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or a relaxing moment in front of the TV. Take the stairs up to the loft (standing height in the middle of the room of approximately 190cm), where you will find a snug sleeping area with two comfortable beds. With a bit of luck or the use of binoculars, you can even catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea from your window when you wake up in the morning. On the lower level there is the practical bathroom with washing machine, which makes your stay even more comfortable. When the sun is shining, the lovely terrace is the perfect place to relax. Here you can enjoy many hours of sunshine and grill freshly bought fish directly from the harbor while you may even feel the sea breeze. This is an excellent choice for those looking for a relaxing seaside vacation, surrounded by historic charm and scenic beauty. Here you are welcomed to this picturesque fishing village where memories are made! This is a place for you who want to get away from stress and city life, where tranquility is the focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have the sea only 600 meters away and there is also a bathing area at the beach a little further away. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
