Summary: I seriously cannot say enough good things about this house. The property is basically perfect. The only thing we struggled with (collectively) was the altitude, which the hosts do warn about, but be aware that acclimation at a higher elevation is a good idea, especially if you're coming from sea level or planning on exercising.
