- 5 bedrooms and 5 beds (3 queens, 1 double, 1 twin) room 5 is an office but can be used as a bedroom
- kitchen island is 60 sq ft and can seat up to 9
- dry bar attached to the kitchen countertop, separate from the island
- located in Tiny Beaches (Lafontaine), Ontario
- outdoor public skating rink, great for pleasure skating and shinny (must provide own gear) a 3-minute drive from the house (Jan and Feb only, weather permitting)
- 2 balconies
- 500 sq ft deck with patio furniture (spring, summer, fall only) and BBQ
- additional dining area with table which seats up to 8
