Welcome to the newly updated "No Agenda Hacienda" boasting a super relaxed coastal vibe. If you have stayed here in the past you'll be sure to love it even more now. This great property complete with a Private Pool and located steps from the beach has six bedrooms 5 baths, separate den areas on 2nd & 3rd floors, utility room with washer & dryer, and a game room with a shuffle board. Three families can easily be under one roof with their own level for privacy! **Pool can be heated for $100/Day per your request
The new owners have taken your total comfort and enjoyment into even more amenities to come! Relaxation starts at the private pool with a covered patio area along with three balconies. Each area has new poly-wood lounge chairs including pull out leg rest and swivel/rocking chairs. On the inside, much of the home has been freshly painted. The kitchen has new cookware, glassware etc., featuring a new coastal look.
Step into the first floor and feast your eyes upon the ultimate game room with a shuffleboard table, giant TV for the football and sports fans and a kitchenette stocked with glassware a blender etc for those poolside cocktails. A few steps away is a great kids hangout with 4 bunks and a full bath. Easy access from garage to carry in those groceries and suitcases.
Come up stairs to the second level and you'll see a beautiful renovated chefs kitchen with a huge island seating 5, a large den with lots of seating for those late night movies and one of the largest dining areas on the island seating 20 plus people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to make a piece of toast or a holiday dinner.
Heading up to the third floor you'll discover another den area with kitchenette to grab a quick cup of coffee before heading out for the day. This is a great place for the kids to hang out and play games or watch TV after a long day at the beach.
Each bedroom has new pillows (individually chosen & labeled for your comfort) firm & medium pillows from cooling foam pillows to softer pillows for kids. All bedrooms have new bedding & Roku has been set up on each bedroom tv. For the family with little ones, retractable gates were installed on the 2nd level for their safety. Other items for them include drawers with children plates, cups, warming bottler, booster seat & pack-n-play for your convenience.
The home has also been restocked with lots of games, books and magazines for the entire family. No details were spared, even to the smallest of as an emergency drawer with items no one thinks of packing!
