SHORE CLUB - This beautiful newer Cottage is easily accessible year round. As you pull into the driveway you are greeted by the lovely landscaped frontage. The main level of this cottage has sliding glass doors leading out to a gorgeous large, brand new deck surrounded by glass railings so you never miss a minute of the lake view. On a warm day, cook outside on the brand new BBQ and dine at the table that seats 8, shaded by an umbrella. Or, relax with a good book on the comfy outdoor furniture. The lower level walkout leads you onto a gorgeous stone patio which takes you over to the brand new 8 person hot tub. Walk on to a level grassy area and further down towards the water and enjoy an evening roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, surrounded by Muskoka chairs. Down a few stone steps and you arrive at the shallow, sandy walk in waterfront. Enjoy all day sun on the large brand new dock where the water is over 12 ft deep! If you are planning on working from home or home schooling this property has two WiFi networks available for extra bandwidth/stability!

There is a dry bar in this area with wine fridge, Nespresso and a popcorn machine as well as 2 comfy chairs for lounging or waiting your turn at euchre.
