Charming cottage with a good standard and fantastic scenic and rural location about 13 km from Stenungsund. Perfect house if you want to live in a peaceful and scenic environment and avoid the city's traffic and noise, here the silence reigns with only the chirping of birds and the sounds of nature. The plot borders forests and meadows where both moose and deer pass and here are several nice hiking trails and abundant berry and mushroom fields. The spacious plot consists of both a garden area with berry bushes and a lawn with play equipment and swings for the children. The cottage is located only a few km from Svartedalen nature reserve with rich fishing waters, bathing lakes and hiking trails. Animal and bird life is also rich with a diversity of species. The nearest bathing lake is Långevatten about 1 km. If you would rather swim in the salty sea, you have about 12 km to a child-friendly swimming area in Getskär with a sandy beach, cliffs and a jetty. The cottage is largely completely renovated in 2022 with personal and tasteful furnishings. Here are two bright bedrooms, one of which has a 120 cm wide lower bed (1-2 pers) and an 80 cm wide upper bed and the other a double bed with access to the veranda. Living room with warming wood burning stove and kitchen with all amenities. Large lovely veranda under a roof where you can set up a wonderful meal while admiring the beautiful view of the area. Bathroom with shower and WC. The cottage also has air condition. For those of you who are interested in horses, there is a horse farm on the other side of the road where you breed trotting horses. Only 13 km to Stenungs Torg shopping center with about 60 shops and all conceivable services, restaurants and entertainment. In summer, Stenungsund has several events and activities for the whole family. Many sights and the attraction within easy driving distance of Tjörn and Orust.
