Serenity Lakehouse is a hidden gem nestled in the deed-restricted Del Mar Esplanade, offering 1,920 sq ft of living space on a quarter-acre of waterfront beauty. Surrounded by majestic trees and serenaded by birds, the lake often stirs with playful splashes. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms feature a king, queen, and 4 full bunk beds, each with a closet and HD TV. A gaming console, recliner, folding bed (on request), and two full baths—one with a tub—ensure comfort for every guest.
Directly in front of the property, a recessed wire fence displays “135 Santa Maria St” in bold white letters. The gravel-covered area in front serves as free parking for up to 4 vehicles.
