A charming apartment in an authentic Art Nouveau villa, set on the hillside overlooking Kvarnver Bay. On the first floor, the apartment sleeps up to 4 people and offers a great base for a holiday on the nearby pristine beaches or hiking in the beautiful Ucka National Park.
The apartment is in a historic villa which is full of character. The entrance is off an elegant staircase and leads into a smart hallway. Off this is the contemporary-style living room. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa, day bed and a flat-screen TV. Double French windows lead out to the private balcony with sea views. The balcony has tables and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy an aperitif or cup of coffee al fresco.
A second set of French windows leads from the balcony into the separate modern kitchen/diner. The kitchen consists of attractive pale blue units and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. The wooden dining table seats 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is also linked to the entrance hall via a pretty archway.
