NOTES: The apartment is rented for 8-11month rental periods. Monthly rent is 1,460 euros. The price includes community fees, insurance, property tax (IBI), and internet. Agency fees, the property transfer tax (ITP), and water, electricity, and gas bills are not included.

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS
1. Deposit.

2. Agency fees.
• For 11 months stay, Temporary Rental: Agency fee is 10% of the annuity + VAT 21% .
3. Price of rent.
The rent of the first month or proportional days of the month.
4. ITP. Property Transfer Tax (one time payment).
A. For 11 months: Short-term rental: 0,5% of the total price of rent.
5. Utilities (water, electricity and gas)
A. Will pay a fixed rate as a provision for each month , this amount, will be paid together with the rent.

movements of the parent of each student.
• University enrollment (hidden) (hidden) + receipt of university enrollment payment
