A special place on the south terrace also occupies an indispensable Dalmatian grill.
On the ground floor the spacious living area combines 50 m² of living space, which is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a 12-person solid teak dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen of 12 m².On this floor, there is also a guest toilet and a double bedroom (140 * 200 cm bed) with an en suite bathroom with a shower.
