Apartment Description:
Location: Located in a quiet and secure private park, within short distance to major tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation.
Accessibility: The apartment is fully equipped for disabled access. It is on a single level: ground floor entrance with park view similar to first floor.
Space: This one-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of an entrance-kitchen/living area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a counter.
Living Area: Well-organized for cooking, dining, or working/studying, with a corner equipped with electrical and USB outlets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and tableware. The living room is separated by an open partition where you can relax on a comfortable sofa and watch TV with access to all dedicated pay TV apps.
Bathroom: Equipped with WC and sink for disabled, shower with seat, bidet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. The bathroom is disability-friendly for comfort and spaciousness.
Terrace: A large terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquility and freshness of the park, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Outside, there is a rectangular table with four comfortable seats.
Comfort: The apartment offers air conditioning in both rooms, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The furnishings are carefully chosen, and the apartment is fully equipped for guests with disabilities.
Safety and Smart Access: The front door is equipped with a smart lock. Access codes are sent after booking, allowing guests to enter without keys. Inside the apartment, magnetic cards are available as replacements for keys or entry codes (magnetic cards must be left in the property at check-out).

Bar: Open during daytime hours, with ample outdoor space surrounded by greenery.
Breakfast Room: Cozy room dedicated to breakfast, served at the table from 07:30 to 09:30. Breakfast is available for a fee, with a base cost of euro 8.00, or euro 10.00 including coffee.
Adjacent Pool: Semi-Olympic pool next to the building, accessible with discounted tickets. Suitable for all ages (headphones required).
Parking: Free private parking, unguarded.
Central Location: Situated in a private park ensuring tranquility and security, well-connected by foot or via bus and Metro A stops to easily reach Rome's main attractions.
Once you arrive at Parco Tirreno, to access through the daytime barrier or the closed nighttime gate, simply ring the reception and request entry as guests of unit 120. After driving approximately 150 meters, you can freely park in the square on the left. If arriving on foot, proceed another 50 meters to the park entrance.
Once inside the building, you will immediately find a welcoming reception where they will provide directions to apartment unit 120, known as JASMINE home and vacation apartment.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor, just past the reception. Continue straight past the bar on the left and pass through the glass door with panic handle that leads to the landing. Our unit is the first door on the right.

Please check out by 11:00 Am. Additionally, we kindly ask you to leave the magnetic key cards on the desk.
Guests
Only registered guests at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the house.
Hosting additional people without the owner's consent is not permitted.
Behavior
Guests are required to leave the house in order and without damages.
The final cleaning service is included, but any damages or excessive dirt will be charged.
It is the guests' responsibility to immediately report any problems to the owner.
Please respect the tranquility of the residence. Quiet hours are from 2:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm and from 10:00 Pm to 8:00 Am the following day.
It is strictly forbidden to dispose of inappropriate materials in the toilet, sinks, showers, or bidets to avoid plumbing obstructions.
Children are welcome! We kindly ask you to monitor their behavior to ensure they respect the house and its rules.
Pets
1 Small pets are allowed with prior authorization from the owner. We kindly ask you to pay attention to their behavior to ensure they do not cause any issues for the property.
Smoking
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Safety
Please make sure to close all doors and windows and turn off the lights when you leave the house.
Use all equipment and appliances with care.

Please dispose of your waste in the designated containers located in the parking area within the park at check-out. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
