The room is in a (two bedrooms) fully furnished and newly refurbished apartment, near the City Centre,
particularly convenient for Cattolica-Sacro Cuore, Bocconi, and IULM Universities and for NABA, IED and DOMUS Academies.
Only two tenants in the apartment.
The location (Via G. Washington) ranks among the best in Milan and will allow you to live within reach of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, a public share-bicycles station, laundries, hairdressers, pharmacies, etc.
Buses n. 50; 58; 61; 90; 91 and Metro Line N.4 stop nearby or in front of the building's main door and allow you to easily reach Universities, Academies, the City Center and hotspots throughout the rest of the town
The flat (second floor; lift) consists of an entrance, two single bedrooms, a wide kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, a large closet for baggage and storeroom and a little balcony (if interested, please ask for the apartment's plan).
New and complete furniture; fully equipped kitchen; fridge; dishwasher; washing machine; micro wave oven ; electric coffee machine; vacuum cleaner; internet (cable and wi-fi); floor heating; two TV sets; ironing set; bed linens, blankets and duvets; towels; security door.
A personal key for each room's door is also provided.
-Rent: 1.100,00 €/month, all bills included (condominium, gas, water; electricity, internet; heating;
garbage collection) as all Italian taxes due by the tenant.

- Deposit: € 1.110,00 to be paid upon arrival and to be returned at the end of the rent.
- For final professional sanitation, cleaning up and laundry, a flat rate of € 300,00 will be paid at the end of the rent.
