Summary: We had 2 families and several friends for about 14 people and it was so nice to have all of those bedrooms! The house was pretty basic, but very clean. I almost wanted to go buy some pictures from goodwill and put them on the walls. The bathroom situation was a little tight but doable for that many people. The yard is as not very manicured. Grass looked dead. Would have been nice to have a fire and chairs in the backyard. It said there was a bbq grill so we had food to grill but there was not a grill. The stove didn’t work and we had to fix it ourselves. The dryer door wouldn’t stay closed and we had to buy duct tape to keep it closed. The owner didn’t offer any reimbursement for the stove issue but did offer to reimburse us for the duct tape, but did not end up doing so. The kitchen was open and had all the basics that we needed. It was nice to have the living room to use upstairs as well as the game room downstairs. I understand it recently got new owners or managers so I’m sure it takes a little time to get things fixed and up to par. The price was pretty decent in comparison to others in the area. So all in all we had a good stay and it worked out well for our family. Not luxury, but didn’t kill our pocketbook.
