While drilling a new irrigation well, to the depth of 1000 feet - we broke through a volcanic formation to discover the source of Sonoma Valley's Thermal Hot Springs. At the perimeter, and inside the security & deer fencing, we have installed a 1/4-mile steel-edged decomposed granite pathway for walking or jogging. "Four times around is a mile." There is a beautiful, cool and deep, modern 60-foot salt-water Swimming Pool; Grass Volleyball Court; cedar Bocce Ball court; Bermuda grass Croquet field; Badminton & Picnic Areas. Our Vacation Resort is designed as a Modern Country Guest Estate in the exclusive residential enclave of Sobre Vista. Once upon a time, our 2 1/4-acre property was part of the historic Main Residence Compound to the 4,000-acre Spreckels (Sugar) Estate also known in-the-day as, "The San Simeon of the North." In the 1930's Charlie Chaplin, Bing Crosby and Ronald Reagan played tennis on our court.
