The villa built in 1976, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger and garden furniture.
