With its perfectly sheltered enclosed garden facing south, this property a few minutes from the beaches is indeed a haven of tranquility. Between the meadows and a small poplar grove, the site is bucolic and yet a few minutes from the large sandy beaches and the sea! Sophie, the owner, wanted to renovate this house behind her home with the desire to put you at ease. A trained hypnotherapist, she certainly has a gift for creating the conditions for happiness because you will spend happy days in the shade of the beautiful apple tree in the middle of the garden. The house has a bedroom on one level with complete sanitary facilities which are very appreciable. Upstairs, the other two bedrooms, bathed in light, share a very pretty bathroom. From the end of 2022, Sophie will renovate the neighboring barn through which you will have to pass to access the gîte.
