The location is one of the best in Vienna. The 20th district "Brigittenau" is in the middle of the city, but also very close to the green recreational areas like Augarten and the one of a kind Donaukanal with all it's bars and life.
The nice and spacious flat is shared with 2 other people and you will share a nice vintage kitchen where you can chill, enjoy the view and kick back with your roomies and friends.
In your huge room you will find a comfortable double bed, a nice couch, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace). In the apartment you have everything you need (washing-machine, hair drier....) and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price (All-In), so you can move in directly without worrying about anything.
The area around is one of the best in whole Vienna and provides plenty of shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport and the very city center.
