This maisonette is located in the port of Piraeus, just a breath away from the dock you can easily see the ships come and go. A spacious place with 2 bedrooms can host up to 4 people.
Ideally located a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood, with an amazing view over the port of Piraeus, the largest port of Greece.
There are two big bedrooms. The one has an en suite bathroom. In the living room there is also a sofa which can be transformed into a double bed. In the main bathroom there is a Jacuzzi, there is autonomous heating system and of course the apartment is fully air conditioned.
From the balconies of 30 sq you can admire the magnificent view over the Saronic Gulf and the port of Piraeus. There is also access to the roof garden of the building where there is a fully equipped barbecue. Finally there is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

The apartment lies very close to the port of Piraeus. Only 200 m away from the apartment is the docking of the Cruise Ships, thus it is suitable for tourists who are cruising. Moreover the apartment is very close to the docking of the boats which are travelling to the Aegean and Argosaronik gulf islands. 1.5 km away , it is the Marina Zeas, Pasalimani and Mikrolimano. Peiraiki beach which is an ideal place for romantic walks, is located only 1000 m from the apartment.
150 m away from the apartment there are bus stations from where the buses are leading to the most areas of Attica. The line 843 leads in less than 10 minutes to the boats for most islands, to metro (line1 Piraeus station) and to suburban railway (Piraeus station). The same line 843, meets in 3-5 minutes in the port of Piraeus the bus line X96 which leads to the international airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos. The line 040 leads in about thirty minutes to the Acropolis museum and to the Syntagma Square in the center of Athens. The line 049 in 25-35 minutes is leading to Omonoia Square in the center of Athens as well. Finally the line A1 is leading in less than 40 minutes to the most beaches of the south suburbs of Athens.
