The surrounding landscape is ideal for hiking, cycling and winter sports - numerous cycling and hiking trails lead past the town, including a mountain bike tour through Medebach via Willingen. The nearest ski and toboggan lift is in neighboring Kuestelberg (8 km). The Medebacher Centerpark also offers an adventure pool with sauna for external guests.
