You'll also find plenty of amenities such as shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within a stone's throw.
BEDROOMS & AMENITIES:
Each bedroom is approximately 25 square meters and comes with air conditioning, an electric heater, and high-speed Wi-Fi up to VDSL 100 mbps. The bedrooms also come with their own locks for added privacy. The private bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a study desk with a lamp, a closet, a mirror, and extra bed sheets and towels.
SHARED SPACES:
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with ample storage space for all your cooking needs, a bathroom with a washing machine, a storage room, a cozy living room, and a back yard. Tenants share these spaces with each other, providing a great opportunity to meet new people and build new friendships.
MONTHLY RENT & BILLS:
The monthly rent is prepaid at the beginning of each month. Bills such as water, internet, and building expenses are a fixed monthly amount paid in cash. The electricity bill is paid separately and calculated based on individual consumption, as each bedroom has its own electric meter. At the end of each month, we check the meters and calculate the amount each tenant consumed. The total consumption of the apartment is divided among the tenants, taking into account the common spaces. The amount payable is determined by the current energy price and the consumption of each tenant.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage to the room or apartment.
