Lovely mountain estate on 32 acres of private land and protected forest, adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest. H7 at Hope Mountain features 50 windows that open to expansive mountain views. This home is in a remote, private location, yet only 20 minutes from hiking the local Rocky Mountain National Park and State Forest trails.
This is the perfect getaway for up to six couples, a wonderful place for family reunions, small corporate retreats, and a perfect venue for an intimate wedding (up to 40 people for day use only).
Each luxury suite includes a ensuite bathroom with shower, writing desk and/or reading nook. Guest rooms at this vacation home offer Smart televisions, and balconies.
You will love the large library loft area upstairs with amazing views and outdoor decks. Our home has a fabulous chef's kitchen that opens to a dining table for 12 with additional seating available.
The kitchen and dining area open into the expansive living room. The living room has multiple comfortable seating areas for your group or family. There is a wood burning fireplace located between the living area and dining area.
In the lower level of the home you will enjoy a large game room with a ping-pong table, bumper pool table, a gathering table for game playing or puzzle building, and a comfy TV viewing area.
The game room open into the indoor pool. This is a full size gorgeous heated pool with a built in hot tub. Outside of the pool room on the patio you will enjoy the outdoor hot tub under the stars.
There is a large laundry room with a full size side by side washer and dryer, and large laundry sorting space. The garage is not for guest vehicles, but there is an additional refrigerator for extra food storage. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include safes and phones.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
