In the heart of downtown Colmar, 2 steps from Little Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the "place de l'ancienne douane", the Duplex Gluck (97m²), welcomes you in a modern and pleasant setting. Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work. With these 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a "cleaning during the stay" option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force.
