Casa Adagio, as the name suggests, will set you at ease in its tranquil surroundings. It is the perfect escape from 2 to 10 people with a large private and beautiful garden, adjacent to bush walking tracks, proximity to the mineral spas, massage therapists and that the Daylesford area has to offer.
This private home will make you feel that you are totally secluded, whilst being conveniently situated between Daylesford (3 minute drive/10 minute walk) and Hepburn Springs (4 minute drive/20 minute walk) with their abundant cafes, restaurants, retail shopping and spa facilities.
Casa Adagio is a light-filled, elegant yet relaxed, and comfortable, spacious home. With two three living spaces there is lots of room for everyone. Stunning antique furniture, light fittings, objects d’art and artwork feature throughout the house. Every room is a feast for the eyes, with beautiful and unique furnishings and decorative items.
The outlook and position of this magnificent home makes it a perfect property for all seasons. In Summer you can enjoy the small solar heated swimming pool, al fresco dining on a choice of two decks or just relax and read a book on the shady front verandah. Enjoy the spacious gardens and lawns which extend to and are surrounded by State forest, with abundant walking tracks suitable for a gentle stroll or a serious day hike.
In winter, curl up in front of the fire in the sun-filled living rooms on comfy sofas. Choices of indoor entertainment include wifi, a TV with Google Chrome Cast, a DVD player (range of DVD’s supplied), board games, books, and magazines. The house is really well heated with a wood fire, three split system units, heaters in each bedroom and bathroom and electric blankets so you will be cosy and warm during your stay!

The stunning French 18th-century antique dining table with seating for 10 is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect setting for communal dining. A BBQ is also provided on one of the decks. A chef can be arranged to come and prepare your meals at the house.
The property has five stylishly appointed bedrooms. Each room can be configured with a King-sized bed or two long singles. Each bedroom has a distinctive colour scheme, with beautiful linen and upholstered bed heads. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a full-size bath and separate shower. The remaining four bedrooms are serviced by a further two bathrooms.
All linen is supplied as well as tea, coffee, milk, oil, vinegar salt & pepper.
Unless the cleaners need to prepare for the next booking, you are welcome to enjoy a late checkout.
Children are welcome.
Please note that although this property is single story there are stairs between adjoining rooms. Guests with young children or with restricted mobility should be aware of this.
