This peaceful cottage is built on Muskoka granite and showcases beautiful south-west views of Lake Rosseau. You can walkout on the main floor to the cottage deck, featuring an outdoor bistro set for 3 to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. You will also find Muskoka chairs and a BBQ overlooking amazing views of the lake. From there, head down the deck stairs to the ground level with beautiful flagstone stair landscaping. This leads you to the stone patio with 4 Muskoka chairs and a firepit right on the water's edge. From there it is a quick walk ahead to the large, new dock, built right on the rocky Muskoka shoreline. Deep swimming at the end of the dock or a largely sandy walk-in at the shoreline!
The bright new kitchen offers new commercial-grade appliances, gas stove and a small dining table area that sits 6 as well as a large Island with 4 bar stools. The Muskoka room also has seating and a dining table that seats 8 people comfortably.
